- Select Start – Run.
- Type regedit <enter>.
- In the Registry Editor, click the [+] button to expand the following selection:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ - Select Control Panel and find the key named “HomePage”.
- Edit the key and set the value to “0” (zero).
- Go back to the beginning of the tree list and click the [+] button to expand the following selection:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ - Select Control Panel and find the key named “HomePage”.
- Edit the key and set the value to “0” (zero).
